* All members must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents and must currently be studying in a Pre-University Education Institution based in Singapore * Employees of GovTech and officers seconded to GovTech may participate but are ineligible for prizes * Participants under the age of 18 must obtain proper parental/guardian’s consent to participate
