* Aged 18–25 * Citizen of a Southeast Asian nation * Currently enrolled in an institute of higher learning in Southeast Asia * Actively creating content on a public social media account (minimum 1,000 followers and at least one post per month over the past two years) * Nominated or endorsed by their Institute of Higher Learning
