Step into podcast production and help bring real stories to life. Gain hands-on experience working closely with an Executive Producer and podcast host to shape meaningful narratives, support technical production, and learn how episodes are made from start to finish. You’ll help transform raw material into engaging audio for listeners. What You Will Do: * Assist in planning, recording, editing and post-production * Support interviews, field recordings and archival sourcing * Help with audio cleanup, mixing, levelling and quality checks * Coordinate production schedules and collaborate on episode releases
Eligibility
* Ability to commit to the full 3-6 months duration of the project * All are welcome! Bonus Skillsets (NOT a requirement): * Interest in podcasts, storytelling, audio production or hosting * Familiarity with audio/editing or design tools (eg. Pro Tools, Audition, Reaper, Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva) * Strong organisational and communication abilities, with attention to detail; experience with narrative/documentary audio or publishing platforms is a plus
