* Above legal age of majority in country of residence * Open to individuals or teams (1–5 members) * All team members must meet eligibility criteria * Projects previously funded by Aleo grants are ineligible * Only new projects built during the competition are eligible * Team changes: Report dropouts to organizers; no new members post-registration.
